Staying Connected – Communication
We know that when people visit your website, they after a while leave, and the majority might never return
So regardless of the traffic type and source, in this type of business what we do is to try to lead them into our email list
So that when we have their contact information, we can now communicate, continue to stay in touch with our prospects/customers, send promotions, campaigns, share stuff via the email to those who have opted in to our list
And one way to stay in touch is via our Email Management System, which we learned how to register and set up opt in boxes and follow up sequences for in Step 2
Other ways to stay connected and continue to communicate with your prospects/ customers are through physical mail, your blog and social media
So that we can have a continual relationship, a lot of newbies focus more on getting the initial sale than business longevity, happy returning customers
This is something that is common in the generation of instant gratification microwave babies, focusing too much on short term conversions just getting the sale now, and not on equity, building a warm long term relationship with your Ideal Customer
